Refunds and Cancellation

Cancellation before work begins

If you cancel before we have actually started work, you receive a full refund with no deduction. Starting work means beginning the research and verification of universities and regulations for your specific file.

Cancellation during the work

If you cancel after work has begun but before delivery, we deduct the value of work actually completed and refund the remainder. We set out exactly what was completed before any deduction.

After the Pathway Assessment is delivered

The assessment plan is a complete knowledge product delivered once, and cannot be refunded after delivery, just as a consultation you attended or a report you read cannot be returned. That is why we offer a two-instalment payment plan and explain the full contents of the plan before you pay anything.

The Application Package

This is paid in stages tied to delivery. On cancellation, only completed stages are charged:

• Before any application is submitted: the balance is refunded after deducting preparation work completed.
• After applications are submitted: amounts corresponding to submitted applications are not refundable, as the work was performed and university fees were paid.
• University, test, and visa fees are never refundable through us, as you pay them directly to those bodies under their own policies.

Cases where we refund in full

• If we fail to deliver by the agreed date without a prior agreement to extend.
• If a material fact in your plan proves wrong through our own failure and we do not correct it when notified.
• If we withdraw from completing the service for any reason on our side.

What is not grounds for a refund

Because these decisions are entirely outside our control, as stated in our terms and in every plan we deliver:

• Rejection by one or more universities.
• Not receiving a scholarship, grant, or mission attachment.
• Visa refusal or delay.
• Changing your mind about studying or your destination after the work is delivered.

How to request a refund

Email info@suhail.education or message Suhail on WhatsApp, quoting your invoice number and the reason. We respond within two working days, and where a refund is due we transfer it to the same account you paid from within seven working days at most.

Before any dispute

Talk to us directly first. Most apparent disputes are misunderstandings about the scope of the service, and a single call resolves them faster and better for both of us.
