Privacy Policy

Your academic file and your family's information are a trust. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, and who we share it with. Our core rule: we never sell your data and never share it for marketing purposes.

What we collect

  • Contact details: name, mobile number, and email address.
  • Academic data: certificates, transcripts, GPA, field of study, and language test results.
  • Goal data: destination, desired specialisation, budget, and employment status, which is what our recommendations are built on.
  • Identity documents only where needed: passport or ID copies when applying to universities or for visas.
  • Interest-test results if you choose to take the test, and basic website usage data.

Why we collect it

For one purpose: to deliver the service you asked for. Analysing your profile, building your plan, preparing applications, communicating with you about them, and issuing proper invoices.

Who we share it with

  • Universities and educational bodies you ask us to apply to, and only as far as the application requires.
  • Government bodies where a procedure you requested requires it, such as visa or official registration steps.
  • We do not share your data with any marketing or commercial party, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for anything outside its purpose.
  • We never publish your name or case details in any marketing content without your prior written permission.

How we store it

Your files are held in protected private storage accessible only to Faisal Aseeri as the person responsible for the service. We use trusted channels for communication and avoid circulating your documents in groups or public channels.

How long we keep it

We keep your file data for the duration of the service and for two years afterwards, for two reasons: to support any later step you take, and to meet financial record-keeping obligations. After that it is deleted, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

  • To request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • To request correction of any inaccurate data.
  • To request deletion of your data, unless a financial record must be retained by law.
  • To withdraw consent to marketing communication at any time, without affecting your service.

Cookies

We use the minimum cookies needed to run the site, remember your language, and keep you signed in. We do not use them for cross-site advertising tracking.
