Who we are

Suhail is an advisory practice registered to Faisal Ahmed Shayban Aseeri under a freelance professional licence issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, number FL-314739685. We provide independent study-abroad advice. We are not an agent of any university or government body.

What our services are

Our services are advisory and organisational. We research, analyse, plan, prepare files, and manage procedures on your behalf where agreed.

• Pathway Assessment: a study of your profile and a written plan covering shortlisted universities, deadlines, costs, and next steps.
• Application Package: preparing, submitting, and following up applications with universities, interview preparation, and support with post-admission procedures.
• Any additional service is agreed in writing before it begins and invoiced separately.

What we do not guarantee, and this is central to how we work

We do not and cannot guarantee any of the following, because these decisions rest entirely with independent bodies:

• Admission to any university or programme. That decision belongs to admissions committees alone.
• A scholarship, grant, or attachment to a government mission. That decision belongs to the awarding bodies.
• Issuance of a visa or any government approval.
• That published requirements, deadlines, or fees will remain unchanged, as these are set by external bodies and may change.

What we do guarantee

• Information verified against official sources at the time of preparation, with a clear distinction between what is confirmed and what is still being verified.
• Delivery of the agreed plan or work by the agreed date.
• The strongest application file that can honestly be built from your real profile, with no falsification or exaggeration in any document.
• Independent recommendations based on your interest alone, with any future commercial relationship disclosed to you before any recommendation.

Your obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information and documents, since the plan is built on them.
• Meet the deadlines we set with you, as some windows do not reopen.
• Pay fees on the agreed dates.
• Understand that every final decision about studying, travelling, or committing money is yours and your responsibility.

Fees and payments

• Our fees are published and agreed in writing before work begins, and a formal invoice is issued.
• University, test, visa, and government fees are not part of our fees. You pay them directly to the relevant body in your own name, and none of that money passes through our accounts.
• We work in instalments: a payment at the start and the remainder according to the agreed stages of work.

Intellectual property

The plans, reports, and templates we prepare are for your personal use. They may not be published, sold, or redistributed to a third party without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability in all circumstances is limited to the fees paid to us for the service in question. We are not responsible for decisions made by external bodies, nor for changes in university or government rules after our work is delivered.

Ending the engagement

Either party may end the engagement with written notice. On termination, fees are calculated for work actually completed to that date, and our published refund policy applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We seek to resolve any disagreement amicably first, which to date has never been necessary.
