We chart your course to the world's universities.

Advice that answers to you alone: the right universities, Ministry recognition verified, and guidance until your offer lands.

Why independent?

We work for the student

Our fees are published and paid by the student, so every recommendation is built on your profile, your ambition, and your budget, nothing else.

Recognition before any shortlist

No university enters your list until we verify it with the Ministry of Education, so your degree is recognized the day you return.

Written disclosure

Any partnership with a recommended university is disclosed in writing, and part of its commission returns to you as a discount on your package.

How we work

  1. 1

    Assess

One session to understand your profile, goal, and budget

  2. 2

    Chart

    A recognition-verified shortlist with a written plan

  3. 3

    Apply

Complete application files: statements, references, visa

  4. Arrive

We stay at your side through the offer and departure

We know the scholarship tracks inside out

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Program ranks its university lists per track and per field, and the guide's specialization names do not always match what universities call them. Matching your file to the right track, field, and list is the core of our work.

Why Suhail?

The star travelers set their course by

By Suhail, Canopus, the people of Arabia read their seasons and found their way. We chose the name because it sums up the work: a fixed point students navigate by, in a journey whose maps change every year.

A note from the founder

I applied abroad without a map: which scholarship track fit my file, which universities would be recognized back home, how to reach an admissions panel that had never heard of me. I learned it the slow, costly way, and today Suhail draws that map for the students coming after me.

Questions, answered straight

Why pay you when other offices are free?

Free offices earn commissions from partner universities, so they show you their partners' options. We work for a published fee that you pay, so we recommend the best-fit university from anywhere in the world, and we verify its recognition before you apply.

What is MoE recognition, and why should I care?

A degree from a university outside the Ministry's list may not be recognized in Saudi Arabia, which affects government employment, further study, and professional licensing. We check every university we shortlist against the official list before you pay any application fee.

I have a government scholarship. How do you help me?

The scholarship covers costs, but the program ranks its university lists by track and by field, in a guide that updates every academic year. The Scholarship Compass package exists exactly for this: we set your track, match your specialization to its official field, and order your choices from its list before you submit.

Are sessions online or in person?

Sessions run online for all regions of the Kingdom, and in person in Jeddah subject to availability.

When should I start?

Starting a year before your intended intake is ideal; six months works on a compressed schedule. UK and US deadlines open early, and the earlier you start, the wider your options.
