Eligibility

Before you pick from the lists: do you meet the conditions?

The lists say where you can study. The conditions say whether you can. These are the key published conditions per track as we verified them in September 2026; Safeer's terms at the time of applying are the reference.

Emdad track

  • Your major within its field in the guide, and the university on that field's list specifically.
  • Bachelor's and master's; some business majors are master's-only.
  • No GPA requirement: the unconditional offer in a listed major at a listed university is the condition.
  • Application window: January to June.

Common to all tracks

  • A final, academically unconditional offer. An offer conditional on language only is accepted in non-English-speaking countries, not in the UK, US, Australia or Canada.
  • No expected-graduation letters: the certificate must be issued when you apply.
  • If you start studying before the scholarship decision is issued, you bear the costs incurred before it.
  • A foundation year is accepted when the offer is academically unconditional and leads to a listed programme, including pathway providers.
  • Bachelor's: high-school average of 85% or above with IELTS 4.5; preparatory year: 90% with IELTS 5.5.
